Georgia taxpayers can request the dollar-for-dollar Qualified Education Expense (QEE) Tax Credit and donate to your favorite school through Pay it Forward Scholarships.
QEE Tax Credits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Taxpayers are pre-approved for the QEE Tax Credit before donating. Georgia taxpayers have access to $120 million dollars in tax credits, which have been allocated for this program.

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION
If you are not a Georgia taxpayer (you do not live in Georgia, or you live in Georgia but do not pay state income taxes) you can still donate to your favorite school through Pay it Forward Scholarships.
Pay it Forward Scholarships is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and donations can be claimed as a charitable contribution on your federal taxes.
