An approved supporting document is a PDF file or picture of an official document from the school with both the school name and/or logo on it, as well as, the scholarship recipient’s name/family name. This document can be any one of the following items: Tuition Invoice, Receipt, or Statement, a Report Card, School Acceptance Letter, etc. NOTE: If submitting a tuition invoice, receipt, or statement, the amount does NOT have to match the scholarship amount being distributed.

Parents will see the scholarship amount as noted in the scholarship distribution email from Pay it Forward Scholarships plus the fee associated with using ClassWallet when logging in. Parents must distribute the FULL amount in the account in order for the full amount of the scholarship to be released to the school for their child.

The ClassWallet fee is 2.5% of the scholarship distribution.

Yes! Parents should distribute the entire amount of the scholarship, plus the ClassWallet fee, all at one time.
If a parent does not distribute the full amount in ClassWallet, the transaction will be rejected and an email will be sent to the parent to re-submit.

Most likely one of the following two things happened:
#1 - You failed to submit the full amount of funds in ClassWallet. Parents should submit the total amount (scholarship + ClassWallet fee) all at one time.
#2 - The supporting document does not meet the criteria to be approved. See the above question for “what is an “approved” supporting document?
